Pay by Text
If you’re eligible, you can make monthly one-time payments by text. If you’re not eligible, the option to sign up for text payments won’t be available as a payment option. To sign up, you need to opt in to receive all payment alerts by text first. To learn more, log in to Ally Auto and go to Alerts.
Bill Pay
Pay using your bank’s bill pay feature
Make sure you know your payment amount and Ally Auto account number to set up a bill payment through your bank. Your bank may also require additional information, including the payment address.

Make a one-time online debit card payment through CheckFreePay . You’ll need to have your Ally Auto account number, your debit card number, and your ZIP code on hand. Keep in mind — CheckFreePay is a third party that charges a $3.45 fee for its payment services, which is in addition to your payment amount.
